๐ŸŒธ Alice the Man – A True Reflection from a Friend ๐ŸŒธ

Alice is a man who wears diapers—not because he chose to, but because he chose to accept them. And in doing so, he found a softness that many men spend their lives running from.

He doesn’t wear diapers and plastic pants in shame.
He wears them in confidence.

He doesn’t wear leggings, yoga pants or sports bras to be a woman.
He wears them because they feel right on his body, because softness is part of his truth.

Yoga has become more than a practice for Alice—it’s a lifeline. Through Yin and Flow classes, long stretches on his mat, and moments of stillness in child’s pose, Alice is learning how to live in his body again. He's breathing through pain, healing invisible wounds, and finding joy where he once felt broken. The mat has become his safe place—where diapers don’t need to be hidden, and where his softness isn’t just allowed, it’s celebrated.

He floats in pastels, attends yoga with his diaper under his leggings, and sips iced lattes from wide pink straws. His tote bag is packed with diaper supplies, baby wipes, fresh shorts, top and crinkle-cut confidence.

Alice is tall.
Graceful in his own way.
Sometimes a little awkward, sometimes totally radiant.

He smells like baby powder and Bois de Balincourt.
He walks through Target in lavender and navy, and yes—people look.
And when they do, Alice smiles. Because being seen doesn't scare him anymore.

He has a soft heart, a strong will, and a laugh that makes you want to protect him and tease him at the same time.

He’s not afraid to ask for affection.
And he’s not afraid to swish just a little when he walks.

He is a man who embraces the softly styled not to escape masculinity, but to expand it.
To prove that strength can be soft.
That confidence can crinkle.
That real men can wear pink pastel leggings and still call it their power color.

Oh, and the pose he is in above—Pigeon Pose—always results in a wet diaper for him!

Alice is one of a kind.
And I wouldn’t trade him for the world.
