Resources I Love

Resources I Love
These are the studios, scents, soft things, and special people that made me feel held—the little comforts that helped me feel more supported, more secure, and more me.

Yoga Studios:
Yoga studios that welcome you just as you are—don’t be afraid to show up. Confidence is contagious, and so is self-love.

Sutherland Yoga Studio – Valdosta, GA. The studio that started my yoga journey, thanks to people like Meredith!

SAMA StudioSouthern Pines, NC. My yoga home in the Sandhills. A welcoming, heart-centered space led by incredible instructors like Brenn, Ashley, and many more. SAMA also carries a beautiful selection of yoga wear and gear to support your practice on and off the mat.

Pelvic Floor Health and Therapy:
Look for a pelvic floor facility with licensed professionals, a welcoming environment, and a focus on gentle, personalized care that supports your whole self.

Alpha TherapyPinehurst, NC. Dr. Brooke Thomas is passionate about getting people back to feeling great and doing what they love.

MSUNN Yoga + Wellness - Dr. Melissa Oleson – pelvic floor therapy through yoga, great YouTube Video’s as well

Yoga Clothes & Outfits:
Look for yoga clothes that support your body and express your vibe—because confidence starts with feeling good in your own skin (and leggings).

For high-waisted leggings, soft yoga pants, crop tops, and more that make space for diapers while still feeling stylish and proud.

Old Navy - My go-to yoga wear, from leggings to yoga pants, I love their tall sizing as well.

Lululemon - Beautifully made yoga gear that always helps me feel confident and supported.

Sevego - On Amazon quality high waist yoga leggings for tall women in lengths up to 36"

Yogipace - On Amazon amazing women's 34" high waisted goddess extra long leggings

Other Fun Stuff:

The little luxuries that make it so much more fun to be you—scents that soothe, mats that ground you, and all the sparkly touches that turn routines into rituals.

Yoga Mats and Accessories

Lululemon - Great mats (including longer lengths!) and totes I adore.

Gaiam - A wonderful selection of mats and gear for every style.

Tune Up FitnessMassage balls and more for self-myofascial release and resilience building exercises.

Scents and Perfumes - My favorite scents that help me feel clean, soft, and grounded.

Demeter Baby Powder CologneAs clean and fresh as it gets

Maison Louis Marie - Bois de Balincourt - A dreamy sandalwood fragrance that grounds and comforts.

Incontinence Management:

Look for supplies that keep the crinkle quiet, the leaks locked down, and your confidence turned all the way up—because feeling cute and protected is absolutely the vibe.

For thick, high-absorbency diapers that feel secure and dignified.

BetterDry - My favorite for plain white

Rearz - For the thickest and most absorbent with adorable prints.

For soft, glossy plastic pants in fun colors and comforting textures.

Plastic-Pants.com and Protex Medical - for that added protection in style.

You deserve comfort.
You deserve confidence.
And you absolutely deserve to look cute doing it.

Namaste from your crinkly yoga friend,
Alice

Softness isn’t weakness. It’s who I am. And every crinkle, every rustle, every padded breath I take on the mat is a reminder: I’ve come home to myself.
