Alice’s Q&A

Welcome to my Q&A page! Here you’ll find answers to the questions I get asked most often—about diapers, yoga, outfits, and being Alice. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to leave a comment or use the contact page to ask me directly. πŸ’Œ

This is a safe and honest space, where I answer with softness and sparkle. No question is too silly, no answer too shy. 🌸

🩷 Personal / About Alice

Q: Why do you call yourself Alice?
A: At first, it was a playful nickname between me and the people closest to me. But it stuck, because Alice feels like home. It’s who I am when I let myself be soft, curious, and unapologetically me. 🌸

Q: Do people in your life know about this side of you?
A: Yes—my wife, some friends, and even yoga classmates have seen me as Alice. The more I live authentically, the more natural it feels. 🌷

Q: So… is Alice a man?
A: Alice is me living authentically. Yes, my body is male, but Alice is the name and spirit that feels true. She’s soft, curious, diapered, and proud—and she’s who I am when I let myself shine. 🌿

πŸ’§ Incontinence & Me

Q: Why do you talk about incontinence so openly?
A: Because it’s part of my everyday reality. I have a neurogenic bladder, which means I live in diapers full-time. For years I tried to hide it, and it made me miserable. But once I embraced it—choosing colorful diapers, plastic pants, and outfits that make me feel good—I found freedom. Talking about it openly helps me and hopefully helps others know they’re not alone. πŸ’™

Q: How do you stay confident while living with incontinence?
A: By remembering that confidence doesn’t come from being “perfect.” It comes from being honest and present. I wear what makes me feel pretty and secure—whether that’s leggings over a thick diaper or a flowy tunic with pastel plastic pants. My protection is just part of me, not the whole of me. ✨

Q: Do you ever wish you didn’t need diapers?
A: Sometimes, yes—but honestly, they’ve become part of my identity. I’ve found comfort, security, and even joy in them. They remind me to embrace softness, patience, and a little bit of playfulness every day. 🌸

🌿 Yoga & Wellness

Q: What style of yoga do you enjoy most?
A: I love restorative yoga for calmness, and vinyasa flow when I want to feel strong and alive. Both let me be fully myself—even padded on the mat. 🧘

Q: Do diapers get in the way of yoga poses?
A: Not at all! In fact, they cushion me sometimes. With the right leggings or shorts, they’re just another part of my practice. And yes, it crinkles—but so does my smile. ✨

Q: What helps you feel confident walking into class padded?
A: A deep breath, a smile, and a reminder that yoga is about presence, not perfection. My mat doesn’t care, my body is grateful, and usually people are kinder than I fear. 🌿

πŸ‘— Style & Wardrobe

Q: How do you choose outfits that work with diapers?
A: I go for stretchy, high-rise leggings or shorts with a little room. Flowy tunics and cute tops balance everything out. Confidence is the real accessory. πŸ’–

Q: Do you wear plastic pants over your diapers all the time?
A: Yes—always. They add security, a little shine, and they make me feel adorably me. 🌸

Q: What’s your favorite outfit right now?
A: My mint short shorts over a thick diaper and pastel plastic pants—it’s bold, playful, and makes me giggle every time I wear it. πŸ’•

Q: Do you have any hidden wardrobe tricks?
A: Yes! I love longline activewear tops. To most people, they just look like sporty crop tops—but they secretly give me extra coverage over my diapers and plastic pants. It feels playful, like a little hidden layer of confidence. ✨

πŸ’Œ Community & Connection

Q: Can I ask you a personal question?
A: Yes, absolutely! You can comment below or use my contact page. I may answer in private or (if you’re okay with it) feature it here in a future post. πŸ’Œ

Q: How can I support your blog?
A: By reading, commenting, and sharing kindness. Every smile, heart emoji, or “me too” message means the world. πŸ’•

Q: Why do you call your posts things like “Support Sunday” or “Wardrobe Wednesday”?
A: Because I want this space to feel like a little series of soft rituals, where we check in together—whether it’s with yoga, outfits, or reflections. 🌷
