Support Sunday Pose by Pose Spotlight — Week 18 Breathwork Focus: Diaphragmatic & Pelvic Floor Breathing

Image
A whole week dedicated to breath awareness and pelvic floor synergy Welcome to the final week of Cycle Two: Soft Strength & Release . Over the past two months, we’ve stretched, strengthened, and softened. Now, we come home to the quiet rhythm beneath it all— the breath . This week, we’re focusing on Diaphragmatic & Pelvic Floor Breathing —a gentle, mindful practice that links your breath to your body’s natural rhythm. It’s subtle, soothing, and incredibly healing. 🌬️ How to do it: Sit or lie comfortably, spine tall or supported. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Inhale gently through your nose, feeling your belly rise first (not your chest). Exhale slowly through your mouth, letting your belly fall. Once you feel settled, begin to notice the natural lift and drop of your pelvic floor: On the inhale , it gently expands. On the exhale , it softens and releases. 🕊️ Duration: Practice for 3–5 minutes , or as long as ...

Wardrobe Wednesday — From the Inside Out Week 2 Colors Beneath the Layers

Image
Before anyone sees the tunic or the yoga pants, I start with color. Underneath today’s outfit there’s a whisper of pastel—prints that make me smile and plastic pants that glow softly under fabric. When the colors beneath echo the colors above, my whole look feels intentional… and my confidence shows up before I do. My go-to pairings this week Mint on Mint: Luminous mint fleece shorts over a pastel-print diaper   and plastic pants . Fresh, fun, and mood-lifting. Lavender & Navy: Navy yoga pants with lavender-leaning CTD prints peeking only for me; top with a lavender scrunchie for a tiny, visible echo. Boxwood Wine & Cream: Hint the Boxwood Wine set with a cream or blush tunic . Underneath, white diaper + frosted plastic pants keeps the look luxe, not loud. Soft Neutrals, Happy Hearts: Oatmeal tunic + charcoal leggings over pastel printed diaper ; plastic pants keep everything smooth so fabrics drape beautifully. Why it works: A small echo of ...

Support Sunday Pose by Pose Spotlight — Week 17 Supported Squat (Malasana with Props)

Image
Accessible, grounding, and beautifully opening for pelvic circulation Welcome back to Support Sunday ! We’ve built strength, practiced release, and found our balance between softness and stability. This week, we take that balance to the ground with a gentle and empowering shape: Supported Squat (Malasana with Props). This pose is a beautiful invitation to root down, open up, and reconnect with your center—no strain, just steady grounding and breath. 🧘‍♀️ How to do it: Stand with feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, toes turned out naturally. Bend your knees and lower into a squat, keeping your heels supported on a rolled blanket, yoga wedge, or low block. Place a bolster or pillow beneath your sit bones if needed for comfort. Bring your palms together at your chest (Anjali Mudra) or rest your hands on your knees. Keep your chest lifted, shoulders soft, and spine tall as you breathe deeply. 🕊️ Duration: Hold for 5–8 breaths , or longer if you feel steady ...

Wardrobe Wednesday — From the Inside Out Week 1 The Foundation of Confidence

Image
Because every outfit starts from the inside out Part of my new ‘From the Inside Out’ series — exploring how confidence begins in comfort. Before the tunic, before the yoga pants, before the lipstick or perfume — there’s the layer that starts it all. For me, confidence begins in what most people never see: a soft, secure diaper and the gentle shimmer of plastic pants. Those two layers have carried me through long workdays, spontaneous coffee runs, and quiet evenings alike. They’re not just protection — they’re permission. 🩷 Permission to move without worry. 🌿 Permission to smile, swish, and focus on living instead of hiding. 💜 Permission to be comfortable in every sense of the word. There was a time when I saw those layers as something to conceal. Now, I see them as the foundation that lets everything else flow. My tunics hang better, my leggings feel smoother, my energy feels lighter. It’s amazing how much strength can come from softness. That’s what Cotton Tail Diapers is al...

Support Sunday Pose by Pose Spotlight — Week 16 Supine Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana)

Image
Spinal release, pelvic reset, deep nervous system calm Welcome back to Support Sunday ! We’re beginning our final phase of Cycle Two: Integration & Breath , where strength, softness, and stillness come together. This week’s pose, Supine Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana) , helps reset your spine, calm your nervous system, and bring soothing circulation through your pelvis. It’s a gentle reminder that sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is to let your body unwind . 🧘‍♀️ How to do it: Lie on your back and draw your right knee up toward your chest. Gently guide it across your body to the left side, letting your knee rest on a pillow or the floor. Extend your right arm out to the side, palm facing up. Keep both shoulders grounded as you breathe into the twist. Turn your head softly to the right if it feels comfortable. 🕊️ Duration: Stay for 5–8 breaths on each side. Move slowly and return to center between sides. 💞 Note: “Every twist is an exhale...

Proudly Padded: Why Comfort Isn’t a Secret

Image
Every body has its own story. Mine includes diapers — and that’s not a confession, it’s just a fact. For years I tried to hide it, to minimize it, to pretend it didn’t shape the way I moved through the world. But comfort, confidence, and authenticity don’t grow in hiding. So here I am, proudly padded, softly confident — living the yoga-mom life I love. My leggings, longline bras, tunics, and yoga pants are more than clothes; they’re my way of saying comfort can still be beautiful. Diapers are part of that story — not a limitation, not a secret, but one layer of softness that lets me live, move, and laugh without fear. I’ve learned to choose styles and products that blend absorbency with aesthetics, finding pieces that let me feel fresh, secure, and stylish all day. That’s what Alice in Yoga Pants is about. It’s not just fashion; it’s freedom. It’s showing that being diapered can coexist with everything else that makes us vibrant — yoga, confidence, kindness, self-expression, and commu...

Support Sunday Pose by Pose Spotlight— Week 15 Side-Lying Clamshell (Yoga-inspired PT)

Image
Gentle floor strength builder for pelvic stability Welcome back to Support Sunday ! Over the past few weeks, we’ve moved from deep rest into gentle movement—finding that sweet balance where softness meets strength. This week’s pose, Side-Lying Clamshell , blends yoga and pelvic floor physical therapy. It’s subtle but powerful—strengthening the hips and stabilizing the pelvic muscles that support everyday confidence and control. 🧘‍♀️ How to do it: Lie on your side with your knees bent and stacked, feet together. Rest your head on your arm or a small pillow. Keep your hips stacked (don’t roll backward). Keeping your feet together, lift your top knee slightly—like a clamshell opening—then lower it back down with control. Breathe naturally, keeping your belly soft and shoulders relaxed. 🔁 Repetitions: Do 10–15 slow lifts per side. Focus on smooth, controlled motion instead of speed. 💞 Note: “Tiny movements can build big strength, baby. Feel how steady and s...

Wardrobe Wednesday - The Power of the Tunic

Image
There’s something quietly magical about the tunic. Long, flowing, detailed with embroidery or eyelet lace, it moves with a grace that feels both timeless and practical. For Professional Alice , a tunic slips effortlessly over work pants or yoga pants, offering coverage while letting the details do the talking. The embroidery whispers just enough personality without ever breaking “office-appropriate.” I can stand tall, padded underneath, and know I’m styled with intention. But the same tunic transforms once I’m off the clock. Paired with leggings, ballet flats, or even a swish of lace peeking out, it becomes Flirtier Alice —a softer, freer version of me. The same fabric, the same embroidery… but suddenly, I’m walking through cafés, bookstores, and wine bars with a swish and a smile. That’s the power of the tunic: it doesn’t just cover, it flows . It lets me exist in both worlds at once—professional and playful, practical and padded, confident and carefree. This week, I’m remin...

A New Adventure: Cotton Tail Diapers

Image
If you’ve been following along with my journey, you already know diapers have been part of my reality for years now. What started as something I resisted has slowly turned into something I’ve embraced—layered under yoga pants, skirts, tunics, or even just paired with confidence and a smile. Over time, I realized that what I wear underneath matters just as much as the outfits I share with you here. Comfort, protection, dignity, and yes—playfulness—are all part of living fully in this body. And out of that realization grew something new: Cotton Tail Diapers. 🐇✨ Cotton Tail is more than just a store. It’s a place for softness and self-assurance. A place where diapers aren’t hidden away in brown boxes, but celebrated with pastel tones, cheeky bunny touches, and designs that make you feel cared for. Whether you need them every day like me, or you’re simply curious, the heart of Cotton Tail is about blending comfort with style, and practicality with joy. This blog will still be fu...
