Tentative Retreat Schedule
A soft rhythm for padded souls
π Day 1: Welcome & Settling In
5:30 – 6:30 PM – Opening Circle
Softly facilitated by Alice.
Sharing intentions, names, and what brings us here, with a short grounding breath to center us in safety and presence.
7:00 PM – Welcome Dinner
Casual and cozy. Participants are encouraged to wear their most comfortable self-expression—yoga pants, tunics, soft layers, and optional protective garments. All forms of comfort are honored.
9:00 PM – Wind-Down Ritual
Lavender towel foot soaks, soft lighting, optional journaling, and bedtime affirmations to ease into stillness and sleep.
πΏ Day 2: Root & Release
7:30 – 8:30 AM – Morning Yoga – “Stretch & Soothe”
A gentle class designed for all bodies and needs, especially those managing incontinence, chronic fatigue, or mobility changes. Breath-led movement with compassion and care.
10:00 – 11:00 AM – Mini Movement: “Pelvic Floor 101 – Breath, Base, and Balance”
A beginner-friendly seated and supine yoga session focused on breath, posture, and awareness of the pelvic floor. No internal engagement or advanced poses. Open to all genders and body types.
2:00 – 3:30 PM – Movement & Nature – “Mindful Crinkle Walk”
A quiet nature walk that welcomes attendees who wear protection for medical or emotional comfort. Time for reflection, soft movement, gentle tree poses, and connection with the natural world.
4:00 – 5:30 PM – Optional Restorative Yoga or Private Support Circle
Choose to stretch inward or be witnessed by others in a small, affirming space.
8:00 PM – Fireside Sharing – “Why I Wear”
A voluntary storytelling circle where participants can share their journey with protective wear, self-acceptance, or softness. Held with kindness, never pressure.

7:30 – 8:30 AM – Morning Flow Yoga – “Own Your Softness”
Movement and mantra to support joy, fluidity, and ease in every layer you wear.
10:30 AM – Workshop: “Styling for Comfort & Confidence”
A creative, affirming exploration of adaptive fashion. Mix, match, and share your favorite yoga wear, layering pieces, or protective styles that make you feel radiant.
3:45 – 5:00 PM – Focused Flow: Pelvic Bowl Workshop
A guided session into pelvic engagement, release, and continence awareness. Includes gentle breathwork, restorative postures, and visualization. Led by a certified yoga therapist.
6:00 PM – Closing Circle – “Where We Go From Here”
Reflections, intentions, and a circle of affirmation to carry the softness home with you.
7:30 PM – Final Celebration Dinner
Arrive as your fullest self. Diapers, leggings, tunics, shimmer, bows, glitter lips, or all of the above. Every expression is welcome. Every softness is sacred.

8:00 – 9:00 AM – Farewell Coffee & Group Photo
9:30 – 11:00 AM – Checkout
