Our Values & Expectations
πΏ Our Values & Expectations
Crinkle & Flow: Asheville 2026 is a grounded, gentle, and affirming retreat. We gather to create a safe, supportive space for those living with incontinence—or who choose to wear diapers—to connect, move, and grow in peace and softness.
These are the values that guide us, and the expectations we ask all attendees to honor:
✨ Our Core Values
Dignity
Every attendee is a whole, worthy human being. We honor
the dignity of wearing diapers as a valid, sometimes necessary, sometimes
chosen part of life.
Softness & Strength
This is a retreat for anyone—men, women, and nonbinary
folks—who embrace or are exploring gentleness, comfort, and quiet strength. We
welcome softness, not performance. There’s room here for masculine, feminine,
and nonbinary expression, all held with equal respect.
Authenticity
We show up as we are—not as a performance or fantasy, but
as real people seeking community, movement, and self-acceptance.
Respect for Boundaries
We are a no-touch, no-play retreat. Consent is always
required—for conversation, sharing, photos, and space. There is no sexual
activity, exhibitionism, or roleplay allowed during the retreat.
Privacy & Discretion
What’s shared in our circle stays in the circle.
Attendees are expected to honor the confidentiality and vulnerability of
others.
π What We Expect from Attendees
Dress Comfortably, Respectfully
Leggings, yoga pants, diapers, and plastic pants are
welcome. You may wear what makes you feel safe and soft. However, please avoid
deliberately provocative or fetishized attire. This is a space for real-life
comfort and expression, not performance or play.
Leave Performance at the Door
This is not a space for sissification play, forced
regression, or public exhibition. If these are meaningful parts of your life,
we honor that—but they are not part of this retreat.
Be Present
Participate fully. Listen deeply. Share if you’re moved
to. Respect silence if someone else needs it. Be open to connection, but never
push for it.
Honor Each Other’s Humanity
We are people on different paths. We may dress
differently, move differently, or express ourselves differently—but every soul
here deserves kindness and care.
Zero Tolerance for Creepy, Sexual, or Predatory Behavior
Anyone who violates the dignity or comfort of another
attendee will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.
π€ Who This Is For
You might be:
- Living with or choosing diapers, and craving connection without shame
- A man, woman, or nonbinary person seeking softness, truth, and real companionship
- A caregiver, partner, or nurturer walking this path with someone you love
- Someone tired of apologizing for wearing what brings you comfort—like leggings, yoga pants, or tunics
- A quiet seeker of self-acceptance and authenticity
You don’t have to be perfect.
You do have to be kind.
If that’s you—welcome home.
With softness and gratitude,
Alice – Founder & Organizer of Crinkle & Flow
